Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
• If you use Creavax for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
• The service is not directed to children and must not be used to collect or process children’s data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

• Provide accurate account information, keep credentials and developer tokens confidential, and use multi-factor authentication when it is offered.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and teams, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• Notify Creavax promptly of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials or billing abuse.

Current prices, included credits and validity periods are published on the public Pricing page and recalculated by the Creavax backend before checkout. Any applicable taxes, exchange-rate effects or payment-gateway charges are shown before payment where available. Credits are a limited contractual right to use the service; they are not currency, stored value or property and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

• Generation costs may be reserved before provider work starts and captured after successful billable work.
• A confirmed provider failure should return the reserved amount once. Duplicate webhooks or retries must not create duplicate credits.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled where recurring billing is enabled. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not erase already consumed service.

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, checkout must clearly state when immediate performance begins and obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required before a withdrawal right can be lost for digital content or a fully performed digital service.

Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable rights concerning faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital services.

As between you and Creavax, Creavax does not claim ownership of your prompts, uploads or outputs. You retain rights you already hold in that content, subject to applicable law and any rights or restrictions imposed by the selected model provider. You grant Creavax a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transform, transmit, display and back up content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, comply with your sharing choices and meet legal obligations.

• You must have all rights, notices, consents and permissions required for uploaded or published content.
• Do not upload confidential, regulated or special-category personal data unless the selected workflow and provider are appropriate and you are authorized to do so.
• Private content is not made public unless you publish it, share it or authorize a public workflow.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, unsafe, incomplete, non-unique or similar to outputs created for other users. Creavax does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, registrable, exclusive, non-infringing, factually accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

• Before commercial use, review the output for third-party rights, trademarks, likeness rights, confidential material and other legal or contractual restrictions relevant to your use.
• Check the model and provider used for the request. Creavax records model/provider information with generation data when available and displays provider identity in model-selection surfaces so you can assess provider-specific commercial-use terms.
• The selected model or provider may impose additional use, attribution, retention, safety or output-licensing terms. Those terms may affect whether and how you can use an output commercially.
• Creavax may display provenance, model, workflow or synthetic-content notices where required for transparency or safety.

Publishing a feed item, template, profile or other listing makes the selected content and metadata public. You authorize Creavax to host, preview, rank, reproduce and promote that public material within the service and its official marketing channels until it is removed, subject to reasonable cache and backup delays.

• Do not misrepresent authorship, manipulate engagement or publish unlawful or unsafe workflows.
• Creator revenue sharing, marketplace fees and eligibility apply only when separately enabled and disclosed.

You may not bypass authentication, credits, rate limits, provider restrictions, safety controls or access boundaries; disrupt infrastructure; scrape private information; distribute malware; or use Creavax for conduct prohibited by law or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Team owners and administrators may manage members, permissions, shared assets and billing features made available to the team. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning access appropriately and for any notices or permissions required for organization-managed accounts.

• Content shared into a team workspace may be accessible to other authorized team members according to the permissions shown in the product.
• Leaving or being removed from a team may affect access to team-owned projects, assets or templates.

API keys and developer tokens are confidential credentials. You are responsible for securing them, limiting their scope and rotating or revoking them if exposure is suspected.

• Do not use the API to bypass product limits, safety controls, billing, authentication or provider restrictions.
• Automated requests remain subject to the same content, credit, rate-limit and acceptable-use rules as requests made through the Creavax interface.
• Webhook delivery and asynchronous jobs may be delayed, retried or duplicated; integrations should verify signatures where provided and handle idempotency safely.

Creavax relies on model providers, payment gateways, hosting, storage, email and other processors. Their availability and independent terms may affect a request. Creavax remains responsible for its own obligations but does not control third-party outages or changes outside its reasonable control.

Creavax may restrict or terminate access to protect users or infrastructure, enforce policies, address fraud or non-payment, comply with law, or respond to provider restrictions. Where appropriate, notice and an appeal route will be provided.

• You may stop using the service and request account deletion through available settings or support.
• Before deleting an account, download content you need. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Models, providers, limits, prices and features may change. Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, changed or withdrawn. Creavax may perform maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that significantly reduce paid functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every model, output or integration will be uninterrupted or error-free. Creavax is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output or for losses caused by unlawful user content or independent provider conduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion.

These terms are governed by Laws of Finland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by Competent courts of Helsinki, Finland, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

Contact Creavax first with enough detail to investigate the issue. Electronic legal notices may be sent through the official contact channel or support email listed above.

Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required, Creavax will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
