Acceptable Use

• Do not use Creavax to facilitate crime, trafficking, exploitation, credible violence, weapons misuse or instructions intended to cause serious physical harm.
• Do not use the service to evade lawful restrictions, conceal proceeds of crime or coordinate illegal activity.

• Do not create, request, upload, transform or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming content or material that sexualizes a person who is or appears to be a minor.
• Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content that exploits a real person without valid consent.

• Do not use Creavax for stalking, targeted harassment, credible threats, doxxing or publishing sensitive personal information without authorization.
• Do not infer, expose or weaponize private information in ways that violate privacy, confidentiality or data-protection rights.

• Do not impersonate a person, organization, professional or public authority in a deceptive way that is likely to cause harm or obtain money, access or sensitive information.
• Do not use synthetic or manipulated media to run phishing, scams, fraudulent offers, fake endorsements or materially deceptive financial claims.
• Comply with disclosure obligations for deepfakes and other AI-generated or manipulated content where law or platform rules require it.

• Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, trade-secret or contractual rights.
• Do not upload material you are not authorized to process, publish, transform or send to the selected provider.

• Do not probe, exploit, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass authentication, rate limits, credits, model restrictions, safety controls or access boundaries except under written authorization.
• Do not upload malware, credential-stealing content or code intended to compromise systems, accounts or third parties.
• Do not use developer tokens to provide unauthorized access, automate abusive account creation, manipulate engagement or scrape private information.

Do not rely on Creavax output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, benefits or law-enforcement decisions about a person. Additional professional review, consent, licensing, notice and legal obligations may apply.

• Do not use Creavax to distribute unsolicited bulk messages, manipulate rankings or engagement, fabricate reviews, or coordinate inauthentic behavior.
• Do not create multiple accounts or automated identities to evade enforcement, quotas, billing or safety restrictions.

Depending on severity, Creavax may block a request, restrict a model or feature, remove public content, preserve evidence, rate-limit activity, suspend or terminate an account, or report activity where legally required. Context, severity, history and successful appeals may be considered.

Where appropriate, material enforcement decisions should provide a reason and a route to request review.
