AI Content Policy

Creavax identifies generation, support-chat and model-assisted features as AI-powered. Users must not present an AI interaction as a human professional or official authority where that would mislead or cause harm.

Outputs may contain factual errors, artifacts, bias, unsafe details, fabricated citations or material resembling existing work. Review every output and obtain qualified professional or legal review when the intended use requires it.

Where applicable law requires a provider of a generative AI system to make synthetic output detectable, Creavax and integrated providers may use machine-readable marks, provenance metadata, content credentials or comparable technical measures that are effective and reasonably robust for the relevant format.

Do not intentionally strip, falsify or defeat provenance, watermarking or synthetic-content indicators for a deceptive purpose or to evade a legal disclosure obligation.

• Clearly disclose deepfakes and other AI-generated or materially manipulated image, audio or video content when applicable law requires disclosure or when omission would materially mislead viewers.
• AI-generated or manipulated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest may require clear disclosure, subject to applicable legal exceptions and human editorial responsibility.
• A disclosure should be clear, accessible and presented close enough to the content that an ordinary viewer can understand its synthetic or manipulated nature.

• Obtain appropriate permission before using a real person’s likeness, voice, identity or private information where consent or another lawful basis is required.
• Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment or content intended to damage a person’s safety, reputation or rights.
• Use heightened review for political, journalistic, health, legal, financial and other high-impact contexts.

Commercial use depends on your rights, applicable law and the terms of the exact model/provider used for the request. As between you and Creavax, Creavax does not claim ownership of your output, but it does not promise exclusivity, copyright protection, trademark clearance, registrability or non-infringement.

Before commercial release, identify the model/provider used, review the provider-specific terms that apply to that model and perform the level of rights clearance appropriate for the intended use.

A selected provider may apply additional safety, attribution, input, output and retention rules. Where those rules are stricter, they also apply to the request. Review the subprocessor list and provider information before uploading sensitive or confidential data.

Creavax may block a request, limit a model, remove public content, preserve evidence or suspend an account when necessary to enforce this policy or applicable law. Material enforcement decisions should include a reason and an appeal route where appropriate.
