Copyright Requests

Creavax currently provides a copyright-reporting channel through support. This page does not by itself represent that a DMCA designated agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Configure and publish real agent details before relying on a U.S. DMCA safe-harbor designation.

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list where one notice covers multiple works at a single online location.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for Creavax to locate it, such as the exact public URL or identifier.
• Contact information reasonably sufficient to reach the reporting party, such as name, address, telephone number and email address where appropriate.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the reporting party is authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Creavax may request more information, temporarily limit access, remove content, preserve evidence and notify the affected creator. A report does not guarantee removal, and legal exceptions such as license, quotation, parody, fair use or other limitations may apply depending on jurisdiction.

Where a legally valid counter-notice process applies, Creavax may forward the counter-notice to the original reporting party and may restore content after the applicable waiting period if the reporting party does not notify Creavax of qualifying legal action.

• Identify the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• Include your name, address and contact information, plus a physical or electronic signature where required.
• State under penalty of perjury, where applicable, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
• Include any consent-to-jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by the law governing the counter-notice process.

Accounts repeatedly associated with substantiated infringement may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances, taking account of context, severity, repeat behavior and successful appeals.

Trademark, publicity, privacy, counterfeit and other intellectual-property concerns may require different legal standards than copyright. Identify the right involved and provide enough evidence and exact URLs for Creavax to evaluate the request.
