Quick start

Use the workspace in the right order

Follow this order for a clean first pass. You can return to the deeper sections when a permission, billing choice or destructive action needs more context.

01

Create or accept a team

Create a named workspace or respond to an invitation waiting in the Teams inbox.

02

Set the team identity

Add a clear name, short description and square profile image so the active billing account is easy to recognize.

03

Invite the right role

Invite by email and choose Member for normal access or Admin for additional invitation permissions.

04

Fund and select the wallet

Transfer existing personal credits, then choose the team under Settings > Credit account before starting billed work.

Core capabilities

What you can do in this workspace

Use these capabilities to understand what belongs here, what connects to another workspace and which actions change public, billing or account state.

01

Invitation inbox

Pending team invitations appear in one place so users can accept or decline before the workspace becomes active.

02

Role-based control

Members use team resources, Admins can invite, and the Leader controls identity, ownership transfer and deletion.

03

Shared credit accounting

The member table shows who is using the team wallet and how many credits each member contributed and consumed.

04

Leadership safety

The Leader can transfer ownership, remove eligible members and delete the team only through explicit confirmation flows.

Detailed workflow

Make each important action with context

These sections explain the decisions that matter most before you organize assets, spend credits, publish content, collaborate or change account access.

01

Create a recognizable billing workspace

A team is an account and budget boundary. Use a name and profile image that members can recognize in Teams, Settings and the sidebar when the shared wallet is active.

Your account shows how many team workspaces you can lead. When that limit is reached, the create action becomes unavailable until capacity changes.

  • Use separate teams for unrelated clients or budgets.
  • Keep the team description focused on its purpose.
  • Keep personal Library assets separate from the team billing workspace.
02

Invite collaborators with the correct role

Members can use team resources. Admins can also invite other users. Only the Leader can rename the team, change its profile, transfer leadership or delete the workspace.

An invitation is not active membership until the invited user accepts it. Pending invitations remain visible so the team can see who has not responded.

  • Invite users using the email connected to their Creavax account.
  • Choose Admin only for someone who should manage invitations.
  • Remove former collaborators as soon as access is no longer required.
03

Transfer and audit shared credits

Adding team credits moves existing balance from the contributor's personal wallet into the team wallet. It does not create new credits. The transfer and later usage are recorded per member.

A team pays for new requests only after the user selects it as the active credit account in Settings. Losing membership safely returns the billing context to Personal.

  • Confirm the active account before an expensive generation.
  • Review contributed and used totals in the member table.
  • Transfer leadership before deleting an account that owns active teams.

Best practices

Work faster without losing control

  • Use one team per real budget rather than creating a team for every small task.
  • Ask members to verify the active wallet before production sessions.
  • Review pending invitations, member roles and credit usage regularly.

Frequently asked

Questions about Teams

Quick answers to the questions that most often come up before using this workspace.

Does a team automatically share every project and Library item?

No. Teams manages members, roles, invitations and shared credit accounting. Personal Library assets are not shared automatically.

Does contributing credits create free balance?

No. The same amount is deducted from the member's personal wallet and added to the team wallet in one recorded transfer.

What happens when a member is removed?

The user loses access to the team wallet. If that team was active for billing, Creavax switches the user back to the personal account.
