Create or accept a team
Create a named workspace or respond to an invitation waiting in the Teams inbox.
Creavax product guide
Teams is the shared billing and access workspace for invitations, roles, leadership and credit usage while each member keeps a separate personal account.

Teams brings membership, permissions, invitations, leadership and shared credit accounting together. Personal Library assets remain separate.
Quick start
Follow this order for a clean first pass. You can return to the deeper sections when a permission, billing choice or destructive action needs more context.
Create a named workspace or respond to an invitation waiting in the Teams inbox.
Add a clear name, short description and square profile image so the active billing account is easy to recognize.
Invite by email and choose Member for normal access or Admin for additional invitation permissions.
Transfer existing personal credits, then choose the team under Settings > Credit account before starting billed work.
Core capabilities
Use these capabilities to understand what belongs here, what connects to another workspace and which actions change public, billing or account state.
Pending team invitations appear in one place so users can accept or decline before the workspace becomes active.
Members use team resources, Admins can invite, and the Leader controls identity, ownership transfer and deletion.
The member table shows who is using the team wallet and how many credits each member contributed and consumed.
The Leader can transfer ownership, remove eligible members and delete the team only through explicit confirmation flows.
Detailed workflow
These sections explain the decisions that matter most before you organize assets, spend credits, publish content, collaborate or change account access.
A team is an account and budget boundary. Use a name and profile image that members can recognize in Teams, Settings and the sidebar when the shared wallet is active.
Your account shows how many team workspaces you can lead. When that limit is reached, the create action becomes unavailable until capacity changes.
Members can use team resources. Admins can also invite other users. Only the Leader can rename the team, change its profile, transfer leadership or delete the workspace.
An invitation is not active membership until the invited user accepts it. Pending invitations remain visible so the team can see who has not responded.
Adding team credits moves existing balance from the contributor's personal wallet into the team wallet. It does not create new credits. The transfer and later usage are recorded per member.
A team pays for new requests only after the user selects it as the active credit account in Settings. Losing membership safely returns the billing context to Personal.

Frequently asked
Quick answers to the questions that most often come up before using this workspace.

No. The same amount is deducted from the member's personal wallet and added to the team wallet in one recorded transfer.
The user loses access to the team wallet. If that team was active for billing, Creavax switches the user back to the personal account.
