Where recurring plans are offered, you may cancel future renewal through billing settings or support. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while paid access continues until the current billing period ends.

Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Cancel recurring billing before account deletion and download any records you need.

Consumers in the EEA and certain other jurisdictions may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for distance contracts. Where such a right applies, Creavax will present the required information at checkout and will not treat it as waived merely because a purchase was made online.

For digital content or services that begin immediately, applicable law may permit the withdrawal right to be reduced or lost only after the required express request, consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Mandatory remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital services remain unaffected.

Unused credit-pack refunds are reviewed according to checkout terms, payment method, mandatory law and whether performance has already started. Credits consumed by successfully completed or provider-started billable work are generally not refundable unless the service was defective or law requires otherwise.

• A request may reserve credits before provider work starts.
• When Creavax confirms that billable work did not complete, the reserved amount should be returned exactly once.
• A retry creates a new billable attempt only after the user confirms it and sufficient credit is available.
• Provider processing that completed successfully may remain billable even when the user dislikes the creative result, unless the output is technically defective or another remedy applies.

Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly. Creavax may request the transaction identifier, account email, date, amount, currency and evidence needed to investigate while minimizing collection of sensitive payment data.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Network fees, wallet mistakes and exchange-rate movements may not be recoverable. Approved crypto refunds may require wallet, identity or compliance verification and may be returned in the supported asset or an equivalent amount stated by support.

• Contact support from the account used for the purchase.
• Include the payment or invoice identifier, date, amount, currency and a concise explanation.
• Do not send full card numbers, private keys, seed phrases or passwords.
• Approved refunds are returned through the original method where possible. Gateway and banking processing times are outside Creavax’s direct control.

Contact support before opening a chargeback so Creavax can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse or attempts to retain both refunded funds and consumed credits may lead to account restriction, evidence preservation and recovery of lawful costs.
